Finances are Ok.

Non-payees of HOA fees have been submitted to
Collections in according with the CC&R’s

No more grace period for not paying HOA fees.

Letters for the 2013 Annual Fees will be mailed
out around November 1st.
o Fees
for 2013 are $108 annually - same as for the 2012 calendar year.

will be assessed after January 10, 2013
Landscaping:

Landscaping is looking good.
·
Mowing of the lawn will cease mid October.
·
A few of the bushes were dead and were
removed. They will be replaced in the spring.
