Lexington Estates Board of Directors,

I have a suggestion on how to introduce the community to the management company. How about having a community block party the last Saturday of September (that gives you 3 weeks to organize and put the word out). Since this could be a large number of people, hold it in the ‘common area’ along 1300 North. You should be able to block off a 1-2 block area of that street to allow for tables, chairs, BBQ’s, and games. Introduce yourself to those who attend and have the Management Company be there and give an introduction so that the homeowners have a face to relate to.

You have talked in the past about having some sort of community function don’t you think that now would be as good of time as any.

What do you think?
