HOA Board Meeting - Thursday, July 25, 2013

Election of the Board Members:

The Board Member Positions for the next HOA Fiscal Year shall be as follows:

·         President:  Ed Takacs

·         Secretary:  Shane Rasband

·         Treasurer:  Mike Scales

·         Director:  Joe McNamara

·         Director:  Joey Luther (new to the Board of Directors as of June 2013)

Management / Finance:

·         24 homeowners still delinquent on HOA Dues.

Landscaping:

·         Grass in common area was dead or dying because of a mix-up at the Weber Water District in Sunset.  The Water District locked our irrigation boxes because their records showed that the HOA had not paid the water bill.  This was a mistake on the Water District and was corrected immediately upon discovery.

·         Walk through the common area will be schedules for this fall and trees that will need to be replaced will be identified and replaced.

·         Researching the cost and possible schedule to have the bark replaced in the common area.

·         Walk through the common area to identify the fence panels that are damaged and will need to be replaced.  Once we know where and how many, quotes for replacement panels will be obtained.

·         Open discussion will be started between the board members as to what the verbiage needs to be on the signs that will be posted on the entrances to the HOA community to notify the public that this is an HOA Community.

·         Email will be sent to the Board from Shane Rasband identifying the possible companies that can change the monument sign from ‘Lexington Park’ to the correct name ‘Lexington Estates’.
