There will be a special meeting to discuss and fix the budget for 2009-2010.
Thursday, September 24, 2009 at 7 pm at Ed Takacs' home.
Please note, we will hold a special session meeting again to vote for the proposed budget, but that date has yet to be determined, as soon as it has been determined, we will post it.
The next meeting for the HOA Board was also changed due to conflicts, the new time and location is listed on the side bar as usual. Oct 21 at 7 pm.

FWIW - I cannot agree with the $800 to plow the city sidewalk. Remember the parking strip and the public widewalk are NOT part of the "easement" I would also ask that you provide as part of the budget process, your safeguards to ensure that ALL the fees get paid. I would think that Froerer should be earning that management fee by actively pursuing recalcitrant payees, not threatening to lein the property or witholding their right to vote. If they really cared about voting and being part of the HOA, they would be paid up and in attendance at meetings don't you think?
