The proposed CC&Rs have been tabled for at least a few months. The current CC&Rs are still in affect and a link to them can be found on the side bar of this blog. We will be forming a committee to refine the proposed CC&Rs.
As stated before, new CC&Rs will not be recorded without a vote of the community. We will not be sending out copies to homeowners that did not attend the meeting, as there is no need, the vote required 100% yes, but we have received notice of 3 no's.
