Joe Mockaitis provided name, address and phone number for landscaper who installed the original system. Information was called to Ed Takacs the same night of the board meting.

OK Board members, why is it you continue to think the City has any perogative about how we care for the landscaping irrigation? They couldn't care less where the water comes from to irrigate the park strip. They don't care about mine except that they send me a bill to pay for it. So if the 2 inch connections get capped and the lines hooked to a nearby homeowner's system, they will only bill that homeowner. The person that the lines is hooked to won't see any extra cost. Having 4 2 inch connections is ridiculous anyway for such a small area. My neighbor and I share a 3/4 inch one now and we water both yards with that.

You are incorrect, Wayne. When secondary water was corrected to bill the HOA instead of the 18 homeowners along 1300 N. we were all credited the amount we had been charged.

If the homeowners take over the watering for the strip, they will once again incur the amount they were previously billed barring any rate changes between then and now.

I'm not saying that is a breaking point for changing the configuration of the watering system, but if you are going to post information to the community, try to base it on fact rather than assumption.

There was a vote taken tonight at the West Clinton Elementary School as whether to 1) keep the HOA 2) have a non-functioning HOA 3) disband the HOA. The information on tonight's vote was discussed in the meeting last night.

WHY WASN'T THE INFORMATION ON THE VOTE POSTED HERE FOR THOSE WHO DID NOT ATTEND THE MEETING? ? ? ?

Every home owner should have the right to vote. this has been stated over and over again and yet the Board again has removed the right for everyone to vote by not making the date, time, and location of the vote available to EVERYONE ! ! !
