Dear Lexington Estates Homeowner,
You are being asked to attend an IMPORTANT Special HOA meeting, on 24 March 2010, at West Clinton Elementary School at 7pm. We will be discussing many IMPORTANT issues. 1. Maintaining the HOA, with pro’s and con’s. 2. Disbanding the HOA, with pro’s and con’s. 3. Being a non-functioning HOA, with pro’s and con’s. The board members have been in contact with Clinton City Council to ask if there is a possibility of disbandment. The board has a lot of information for the homeowners on these issues. You need to be at this meeting to listen, and to make an informative decision on these issues.

What about the minutes from the Meeting on March 17th at Ed Takac's home? They are to be posted within 3 days of teh meeting. It is now the 22nd and they are long past due.
