Meeting was cancelled due to not enough board members. Topics to discuss were the fix to the budget and to form 2 committees, one for the water issue, and the other for the CC&R’s. These topics will be discussed at a later date. To be announced.

Well I want you all to know that I cannot agree with either the amended CCR's which I have already voted no to at the annual meeting or the "proposed budget". I have expressed my concern before regarding the budget. The HOA cannot assume the responsibility to maintain the park strip and the publilc sidewalk but rather the "easement" itself that only includes the 5 foot strip adjacent to the sidewalk next to the fence. And why is it the fence has to be insured at the expense of all homeowners when it plainly belongs to the homeowner whose property it is on. You guys really need to look hard and fast at what you are allocating costs for. Wayne G
