Our meeting this evening did not have the 89 lot owners required by the CC&Rs. Therefore, we adjourned the meeting and will reconvene Wednesday, January 13, 2010 at Clearfield Library at 7 pm. The address for the library is 562 South 1000 East. When we reconvene, the number of lot owners present becomes the quorum.
Please attend if you can, we would like you to be there to hear the budget information presented.

Dear Board,
I am really confused now.... This is the very first time you actually are abiding by the CCR's? So why not all the other times when we all were supposed to abide by them when say for instance...we were originally voting for the Board members? Did they not apply then...or was everyone in such a hurry that they didn't matter? OMG, then does that mean that the voting for the members of the current Board not valid according to the CCR's? Technically, that means this HIOA Board should NOT exist.
