SPECIAL BUDGET MEETING
12 January 2010 @ 7:00pm, West Clinton Elementary School

Those in Attendance: 29 Homeowners represented by one or more people, including board members, and Troy Green representing Management Co. Froerer Real Estate Inc.
Before start of meeting:
- HOA budget avaible for anyone who wanted one.
-- Budget Year 2010
- Sign in sheet for the purpose role taking.
Presiding and Conducting: President Jen Dicou
Called meeting to order at 7:03pm.
-Thanked everyone for coming out to the meeting. Then explained to all that there were not enough homeowners present to have a vote on the budget.
Closed meeting at 7:08pm.
-Special Budget Meeting will be reconvened in 24 hours (13 January 2010).
-To be held at the Clearfield Library at 7:00pm.
-Some questions were expressed by homeowners.
-- They were answered lightly, but were asked to bring them back up at the next board meeting.
Announcements from Secretary Ed Takacs:
-Next HOA Board meeting will be held on 10 February 2010 @ 7:00pm. At the home of Jen Dicou. All were invited to join.
-- Form a Nominating Committee for a new HOA board from those attending, and any homeowner who want to join.
-CC&R Committee will be held right after Board meeting.
-Water Committee will be held right after the CC&R Committee meeting.
