More members please

We are still looking for more members of the community to be part of the Nominating Committee.
Duties of the Nominating Committee will involve contacting and seeking out individuals that are interested in becoming members of the HOA Board of Directors. The committee needs at least 2 more members. Please email us at lexingtonhoaboard@gmail.com if you are interested.
As soon as the Nominating Committee has been formed, we will post their information. Then you may contact them directly if you are interested in becoming a member of the Board of Directors.
Individuals may also request to be nominated to be a board member by sending a petition to the Secretary signed by ten (10) or more unit owners and signed by the nominee named. You may direct these to Ed Takacs, HOA Secretary, 2451 W 1340 N, Clinton, UT 84015.
Members of the Nominating Committee will recommend one nominee for each position on the Board that needs to be filled.

Please volunteer to help on this committee, this is a short term commitment that we really need your help with. Members of this committee will not become members of the Board of Directors, but will help find individuals that are interesting in becoming long-term members of the Board. Thank you.
