Where is the proposed budget posted?

You will notice that the gist of the posting about the "budget" meeting is to vote to approve what the Board has determined is OK. I doubt there will be much diuscussion, since thjey know preceisely what is best for the rest of us. The budget seems to have been generated without much outside influence nor any consideration w=for what costs might be inappropriate or unneeded.

The only "posting" I am aware of the actual proposed budget was in with the letter of notice for 2010 fees posted conspicuously to each members door.

Not really the way it is supposed to be done and six months later than called for in the CCR's as well. My "proxy" ballot is in today's mail. It is in reality an "absentee" ballot since I have appointed no one as my proxy in the ballot. Oh well, whatever works!

I'm also confused with this one...Did we ever approve of the new revised CCR's? When did that happen?

Just for future notice, it is considered bad form to change a public posting without noting the edit and specifying what was changed.

In this case:

-Edit-
Link to budget added.

I look forward to your plan of action to refund the excess charges assessed to the HOA community.
